I love ipsy glam bag plus! The items in the monthly boxes are always from top beauty brands and the value is amazing! I especially love the add ons, they always have great options for a fraction of the original cost. Definitely recommend the glam bag plus. If your more into sample sizes items then the regular ipsy glam bag is pretty good also but I think the extra 15 bucks is totally worth upgrading!

I was very excited about this service but aside from the great makeup bags I wasn't very happy. I liked one product (maybe) with each delivery and it took forever to get to me. I stopped my subscription

So I have a love hate relationship with ipsy. First of all, they have products from Indie brands which I love I have gotten so many quality products that it is amazing. F.A.R.A.H brushes, IBY and Nomad have all taken my heart and I bought from the actual company thanks too ipsy. So good on them for doing that! However, they do not listen to the customers reccomendation. I have oily skin but they send products for dry skin, they sent so much eyeliner I had to change my preference to hating it and, I dont think they read the reviews because i am not the only one with this issue. Now they are doing that with mascara, I also selected color eyeshadows but have yet to receive q fun color. I hope they maybe listen to this review because I don't want to have to stop my subscription but I also can't keep going with getting the same product 20 times.

They have some good products they send for the price but I think boxycharm has more bang for the buck.

I had ipsy for a long time. But as soon as I saw boxycharm I canceled and went with them. But I made a huge mistake. Boxy was horrible and ipsy was more of a personal preference box. When they went glam bag plus I went back. Had both boxy and ipsy and then realized that ipsy always put a huge smile on my face with every single product and boxy was filler items and dried out liners. I'm glad I canceled boxy for good and am back with ipsy. I won't ever make that mistake again. Ipsy has been like Christmas every month and the add ons are amazing!!!!! Keep on killing it ipsy!

I love this galm bag. I’ve used it since a couple of years when it’s price was 10$. It has never been such moment when I had some problem and ipsy support group hadn’d helped me. They are any time ready to help. What about it’s product I have discovered a lot of new brand, product and beauty stuff. I tested and which one I’ve liked more than I bought the full size. Most of all they send my thoose colors and things ehat I like most. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended

Love 90% of Ipsy products and service! I purchase the Ipsy bags not only for myself, but my daughters also. I see it as a nice little thing to make their day brighter and put a smile on their face. We have all agreed that we are generally very happy with most of the Ipsy products. The only minor complaint is that I keep getting eye shadows and I have repeatedly stated on the survey that I don't want any- but it's ok, I give it to my daughters!

You can tell these products are carefully selected- always great quality products- the pouches are super cute and useful. Prices are totally reasonableGREAT SERVICE GREAT

I have tried a number of different subscriptions to check them out. Some were beauty related like Ipsy some were LootCrate and Anime related one. I think hands down my favorite subscription as well as one of the best values. I have not received anything I didn't use or keep. Most subscription have small print and charge additional shipping, handling and taxes but Ipsy is very upfront about $10 per month(with all expenses included!) The bags are always super cute and rather sturdy. The productions tho! I could never afford to go makeup or skin care shopping at sephora personally, many of the items I receive are brands you would find in sephora, sometimes things are more high end(i got a full sizes estee lauder foundation) the bags often have a couple of full size items and some in travel or sample size. However I find most of the sample sizes for makeup last for crazy long. From what I have noticed as a pattern in my Ipsy Glambag is that usually there is one drug store/cheaper item. Personally I haven't had any bags with all cheap items I don't think I've even gotten any with more than one low price item. BUT the drugstore type item I have received have also been fantastic! pretty shades of NYX lip butters and lipstick, a dry lip conditioner which was also very good. Some of these products they send you may not be released to the public too. I love being able to try new things and the items are such a good value. I don't know if I just have really good curators that handpick the items for my bags but they always seem to be able to match my skin tone and every color shadow and lipwear has looked great on me. TIPS FOR IPSY/IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW/ALL THE GREAT THINGS INCLUDED IN THE SUBSCRIPTION AND MY PERSONAL OPINION OF WHO WOULD LIKELY BENEFIT FROM IPSY : *YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SKIN CARE OR MAKEUP! Ipsy has tons of tutorials they will provide you with (if you want) the tutorials can make even the most inexperienced person feel way more comfortable. Again Ipsy doesn't just do makeup * if you are like me and want to try different/new beauty products and brands but find the full sized items(especially on the higher end items) to be out of your budget. This is great for that. I notice I have been given great products and Ipsy has kept my bag full of great variety. *fill out the beauty questionnaire, you can change it at anytime but this helps them know what kind of products you would like to receive or try out. Ipsy cover a big range of beauty products from makeup to cleansers, nail polish, body lotion, body scrubs, makeup brushes and all sorts of good things. You do have the option to not get anything from a certain brand(within reason, obviously if someone said they can't use or don't want any of the items that are NOT the more pricey ones duh) * If you have ANY sensitivities or allergies contact Ipsy, they are so accommodating and then they will not send you any products containing what your skin is sensitive to or ingredients that contain anything you are allergic to. this being said you still MUST send them an email for this. * Ipsy is NOT for just young people or certain styles (my mother subscribes as well and she's 66 years old!) * I don't know how much this can be stressed but after you receive your items and before they choose and ship your next bag you should REVIEW THE PRODUCTS. it helps the curators know if you liked something more than another item it helps them be able to curate it even more personalized to you! and yes they definitely read the reviews! Also reviewing the products you receive on Ipsy's site will give you points to add up and get free high end full sized products of your choice! So reviewing is great for many things * get a cute makeup bag but its not your style/you don't love it enough to want to keep it? they make great little extras for gifts! you can put smallish gifts in it or gift cards and every month they have a new designed bag! many of them are collaborated with artist and the bags themself vary in size from a smallish/almost medium size to WOW all my makeup and hygiene needs can fit!! great for travel as is the travel sized items and the deluxe or premium samples. I haven't received anything even in sample size that was only 2 to 5 uses, nope! I find these sample sizes to be much larger than what you normally would receive from most anywhere. * if you are like me and want to try brands like Urban Decay, Smashbox, The balm ect. but not lose your bank account at sephora or ulta this would be fantastic for you! even if it isn't makeup you want from your ipsy bag you still get to try, as I said the 'sample' sizes are a lot more than I expected. for example my May Ipsy glam bag had a 'sample' of IT cosmetics "Superhero Elastic Stretch Volumizing Mascara" the actual amount of product is just a little under 0.2 oz while the full sized product is exactly 0.3oz and runs about $24 for one. * do you like asian skincare and beauty products??? well you are in luck! sometimes they will send eastern asian skin care(Personally I don't think I've ever seen eastern asian makeup in the bags but they may have that as well. *** If at all possible try to link your facebook with your Ipsy, I noticed when I did that what they sent me items that matched my skin tone/undertone and face better. I don't know how it works but it seems to improve it, however it isn't something you have to do. * what else could Ipsy possibly have to make it better?? Big ol' discounts on all sorts of beauty products and big discounts/promo codes for the items you receive as well! There are also a lot of GIVEAWAYS! woooohooo. most of them involve social media but ipsy seems to have a good amount of giveaways going at all times! Overall I would say Ipsy is incredible for the price, the customer service is great. They never charge you unless you are receiving the bag. It can be subscribed month to month, sometimes there are discounts for a year's subscription. The best time to sign up for Ipsy is when there is a new customer full sized gift. If you like makeup, beauty, skin care and the like you may want to try Ipsy at least for a month. $10.00 even. If you don't like it after the first bag you can cancel. Make sure if you do that you do it before the next bag has been shipped. they will charge you the $10 if you no longer want to subscribe and cancel it too late before the following month's bag. However everyone I know who subscribes to Ipsy or has tried it have said "if you pay for it you will get it." unlike some subscriptions that either make you go into a long term contract or continue to charge you due to tiny fine print! but none of that stuff with Ipsy. up front $10 a month, one glam bag a month Many people are put on a waitlist due to demand(especially with the value!) I got decent products but cancelled after three months. I realized quickly that i never used the smalle products I got. The bags were pretty cute though.
