Great!

I called go pro customer service and I was on and off the phone within five quick minutes and got all of my business handled. A piece broke off of my waterproof case and they sent me a replacement no questions asked and I received it in the mail within 5 days. Super easy, super customer service!

Just about the best bit of kit I've ever owned

I nearly cancelled my order because of some of the bad reviews but I didn’t and I’m glad. Those reviewers who scored GoPro bad were wrong. We get so used to Amazon type delivery where its “ what time do you want it delivered tomorrow” that we panic if, once placing the order , we don’t hear about it the next day & receive it within 24 hours.As I remember , when I ordered an Iphone from Apple, it took about a week as the order was processed and it traped across the Netherlands to my home in the UK- GoPro’s the same.What you are getting is the most technological piece of kit that I’ve ever owned- how they pack so much in to such a small space I’ll never know. Cut them some slack (particularly in the current climate) & leave a few days for the order to be processed and then about another 3-4 for it to be delivered- you won’t be disappointed when you get- it’s like owning the world in a tiny box, the possibilities are endless.ps: if there is any down-side to this review of the service it’s that the packaging (all in plain brown box) is a bit of a let-down—I would have liked classier packaging and , perhaps, exploding glitter when I opened the package- or am I being too pickey?.

After reading lots of negative reviews…

After reading lots of negative reviews about GoPro and their delivery service. My daughter wanted a GoPro 8 black for her birthday which was in September. I was really worried about ordering directly from GoPro. If they hadn't have had an offer of a free memory card on at the time of ordering, I probably would have bought from somewhere else. The camera came in less than a week, which I thought was great and I was kept informed all the way through the delivery process and was given a 3 hour delivery window by UPS which they kept to. I was very pleased with the whole experience and my daughter is very pleased with her camera. So much so, that I recently upgraded my Hero Black 4 to the Hero Black 9 during the Cyber Monday promotion and again it came within a few days of ordering and again I was kept updated on the delivery. I know not everyone will have the same experience that I've had, but also not everyone will have a bad experience either. So I wouldn't be put off ordering directly from GoPro. By the way, I bought both cameras with my own money and don't have any affiliation with GoPro or their suppliers.

I talked to Austin on the phone and we emailed. He was very polite and was obviously trying to help with with a the problem. He made it very personal and got the job done quickly...I would highly recommend him and GoPro to anyone

Very good support!

I was recently on a skiing holiday where two of my mounts broke completely randomly.The stores down there wouldn't do anything, but Gopro-support was super helpful, and two days later I had two new mounts.Many ++++ here - super service!

An EXCELLENT purchase experience

Having read the huge amount of negative reviews about buying from GoPro.com in UK I felt compelled to add my review. Communications and the speed and accuracy of delivery have been FAULTLESS. I received immediate Order confirmation, a despatch notification the same day with a tracking number for UPS. Order arrived 3 days after being placed, 100% correct. EXCELLENT experience for me.

Took the gamble and I am happy!

I have seen so many bad reviews on here and I am sure GoPro have had problems, but I gambled and chipped in an old Sony digi camera. Packed it sent it and had the new 8 back in a few days. Invoice correct, everything correct. Everything worked out of the box, connects to phone much better than my old Session 4 and the firmware update worked no problem. Battery life ain't great, but this was known and you can just carry spares.

Lost a thumpscrew on my 3-way

At vacation I lost a thumpscrew on my new 3-way GoPro Stick during diving.At the HomePage I was instructed to contact Customer service. I chatted with them yeasterday at 12 am - today I recieved the missing screw by currier from Holland (I live in Denmark) at 9:45 - less than 24h! At No cost! Super service. Super Quick Delivery

Glitchy cam, good returns process

I ordered a GoPro Hero 10 at the beginning of the year. Great features, lovely footage. Then the camera was still staying warm after switching the unit off, draining the battery. Wouldn't switch on, battery out/in job. Done a factory reset and reinstalled everything, done it again.Not wanting to run the risk of their customer service, I returned the camera within 30 days to take advantage of their 30 day no quibble return policy and received a full refund including the subscription fee. Shame it didn't work out in the end as my DJI Osmo Action is getting a bit outdated and the new DJI Action 2 doesn't look worth it, nevertheless GoPro return policy is a smooth process to get a refund.
