Jcpenney Sephora Promo Code May 2024

I ordered something from the JCPenney website and its been a week now but my card still hasn't been charged. What should I do? I don't wanna accidentally spend the money and the order not go through when it does charge my card.

made an online purchase for a suit jacket and pants on dec 3. i got the delivery on dec 11. the suit jacket came. but no pants. i got however a pair of dress shirts which i didnt order. now i dont have anything to wear to the affair i was planning on attending on the 14th. also, they want to do a reorder and purhase again the pants that i already ordered and paid for. i got absolutely no attempts from them to rectify their error that ruined my plans. now im returning everything and will never even think of getting anything from this store, online or otherwise. ps. very poor customer service. got to talk to someone after more than half an hour of waiting. not worth it. save your plans by going some place else. lesson learned: amazon is the way to go for online shopping.

I feel like overall the store has a lot to offer, however the jewelry department prices seem to be very steep. I would by jewelry as a last resort.

JCPenney is great. They always have great products at reasonable prices. Their online website sucks really bad.

The Home Impressions bath towels are fabulous. I bought a bunch for gifts for my family. They love them. Perfect when you get out of the shower.

I do not know why all this negative reviews when i had only positive experiences. I bought all of my dining sets there including bedsheet sets and never had problems. Love the store and love their great choice and afordable prices.

I mean it's not the greatest place for things but all these one star reviews surprised me. I mean it took a while for shipping but I did get what I ordered and I got it in one piece so I can't complain to much. I would definitely shop here again without s problem and even tell my friends or was an ok place to shop too. That's the truth.

I recently purchased clothes on 12/23/21 a week ago. They arrived 12/28/21. II found that some of there were too big. 7 of the items were sale items one item was regular price. So, I went my orders online. Out of the 7 items that I purchased I only wanted to return all items but 5. Now here is the problem. When I pick out the item's I wanted to return, there was a message that read "ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL NO RETURNS". Now I'm angry. For the fact that I spent a frickin 97.00. I was only able to return two frickin items. All other department store accepts returns on sale items. So I called customer service and she reinstated what the message read about no returns. I proceed to tell her that jcp can't just keep consumer money. So, I filed a complaint. They are basically telling me ("we want your money not the items so your screwed"). Who gives them the right to keep the consumers money. There should be a message stating that once you click on submit you can't not return sale items. Then you have the option to choose to purchase it or not. So I was mad I printed out all the pages on jcp about returns and nothing is stated about return on sale items. SO, I went to jcp today 12/29/21 with all the items ready for battle. I told the cashier what I went through. She told me that the customer service reps don't have all the correct information for the consumers dealing with return sale items. The cashier in Dallas was awesome. Money WAS returned back to my card. THEY NEED TO RETRAIN customer service phone reps.

We ordered sheets from JCP and not only were they delivered fast and free, but they excellent quality. Our daughter is tickled with them!
