Thank you Jet2 Holidays

Finally received a refund yesterday for our holiday, to Turkey on 22nd March,which was cancelled by them on 16th March.Not without a lot of frustration, and stress. But be patient,and they will get to you. The amount of cancelled holidays and flights they have had through no fault of their own must be excessive. With Covid19 and lock down causing staff issues It will take time!

Just Like London Buses

Had a holiday commencing 11 June cancelled and I was waiting for Jet2holidays to contact me which they did in the evening of 5 May and was able to agree a refund for my holiday. Whilst talking to the representative Iwas aware of other incoming calls to my phone. On the completion of my call I checked messages on my phone and I had received two calls fro two different person from Jet2holidays and each left me a number to ring them on (confidential) in order to sort out my cancelled holiday, obviously all working off the same hymn sheet.Will wait until everything is sorted before rebooking and will consider Jet2holidays again, depending on prices. Never mind, already booked 2nights in a Premier Inn at Southport where cancellations are a formality.AdditMoney now back in my account, thank you Jet2, when Mercury Holidays eventually collapse will you sort out my refund for a holiday before the two holidays booked with you. If you did takes them over I assume you would have to be able to look after the horses they no doubt have as they are a bunch of Cowboys (and Girls)

Jet2 emailed me to say my holiday is cancelled then sent another email saying I can amend my booking online or wait for them to call me if I wanted a refund. So I patiently waited as a refund was my option. I didnt get a call, but the next email I received said they are automatically refunding me and I will receive the money within 28 days. 4-6 days later, not the 28 days they stated and the full amount is back in my account. My mum also had her own booking with them and received her money before me and she hasnt contacted them in any way either. We cannot fault Jet2 at all in how they have dealt with all this. So I just want to say you are all doing an amazing job right now in how you are dealing with all of this at this awful time. Thank you, we will certainly not hesitate to fly with you again in the future

Excellent customer service

First time booking a holiday with Jet2, easy to book. Given the situation with covid 19, our holiday had to be cancelled or moved. We were kept up to date through emails along the way, given options for moving the holiday. We decided on a refund, i received a phone call and email confirming this, a full refund was given. Very professional and hassle free. Definitely booking a holiday with Jet2 again!

Trustworthy Travel Company

I decided to pay the balance on my Jet 2 holiday back in March in order to protect my deposit for a holiday due to take place in May. A few days ago I received an email notifying me that I would be refunded in full within 28 days. 2 days later I received a full refund in two transactions. I haven't had to send an email or call them. I am very impressed and will book with them again once the current crisis is over.

Got to say thank you to Jet2 for a what has turned out to be the best of a bad job.Obviously holiday cancelled, but after one phone call the full refund amount was in my bank within 2 days.Unlike other companies like Holiday Extras who illegally refuse to refund their customers, Jet2 have been professional and honourable in their actions and I will certainly book with them in the future even if it means paying more.Great to see a company with some morals and I wish them every success when business resumes.

Really pleased with Jet2

Really pleased with Jet2. Unfortunately we were unable to travel for our May holiday due to Coronavirus, Jet2 kept us updated on the situation, kept in contact advising us by mail when to expect contact and about our options. They called and then refunded us in full straight away with no issues at all. Thinking back to initially booking also the process was super simple with great comms throughout and good prices. We will definitely be using them again in future.

Give them praise for their service and care. 110 % company.

We have travelled with Jet2 many times either as a package or built our own holiday. They start from Leeds Bradford and this suits us fine. We have had wonderful holidays, real care shown for our comfort and safety. If there was a potential problem we have been contacted in a timely manner and the issues sorted out in a satisfactory and FAIR manner.This time with Corvid 19 our holiday was cancelled. We could not rebook or accept a credit note. We are too old to be sure of a rebooking or if we can be healthy enough to travel.Without asking, applying the refund appeared well within the time they stated. No issue, no argument, no hesitation, just quick and in my bank this morning. We are impressed and convinced if we can we will book with JET2 again. Wonderful service, consideration and professional team.Thank you Jet2

Fantastic holiday from beginning to end

From booking to returning home, all was plain sailing, even during the beginning of the Canary Islands lockdown. Our flights left on time going out and was only an hour delayed on the return trip. We stayed in Canaima Apartments in Peurto Rico, Gran Canaria upgrading to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a lovely large balcony that got sun all day. The apartments were fantastic and the rooms were cleaned almost daily with plenty of fresh towels. We would definitely return and definitely book with Jet2 in the future.
