So many people have posted negative reviews. In the last 2 months I have ordered multiple things for my children or myself from Saks. Have returned a lot of it as it seems a lot of things seem to be cheap quality. But I have also been pleased with several things. I have had EXCELLENT service with my returns! Better than before the world started using Covid as an excuse for everything. Shocked as credits have been turning up on my card within 1- 2 weeks! When I am in a Saks store I have always had pleasant sales staff. I still love Saks and want to give them a plug!

Had a great first experience. I purchased a Coach bag on sale for a great price. It arrived in Australia within a week and perfectly packaged. Will purchase from here again.

I remember myself reading all of the reviews before receiving my order. Honestly, was very worried. However, my item was delivered properly same as the condition and quality of the item were perfect, despite that it was an international delivery. Don't really know what to say, maybe I was lucky. Anyways, thank you so much.

Update: I never did get any sort of e-mail confirmation or any contact after I contacted customer service several times (see details below) but today I surprisingly got a package from Fedex and it was my Valentino dust bag! Wow! I am very happy that my claim was actually taken care of. I brushed it off as a lost cause but Saks came through (very quickly too!) and I will shop with them again. Reading all the 1 star reviews really had me worried but this redemption has changed my mind. My only wish is there was more communication with customers, I never got an email stating the dust bag was mailed or anything, the package just arrived suddenly. I also think I got lucky with customer service (I think Brittany on chat) she was the only one I thought actually may have don't something about my issues since I got a survey afterwards asking me about her service...anyways I hope the service gets better (more like Nordstrom's) and I think these 1 star reviews will be changing.I'm an international customer, and this is my first time ordering form Saks. I ordered a pair of clearance Valentino shoes, liquid make up brush cleaner and some make up washcloths. Ordering is easy on their website, but after I ordered it took awhile for everything to process. 3 days for a confirmation, 4 days to reach the Borderfree shipping facility and then another 4 days...So it took 7 business days to get my package (And this was "express" shipping) Package arrived and everything looked OK, small issue the brush cleaner had leaked...they didn't put it in a plastic bag! Thankfully the bubble wrap kept it from leaking on my Valentino shoe box. Big issue, no dust bag was included with my Valentino shoe...Ugh why does this always happen to me? I've contacted customer e-mail (no response), chat twice (one rude person, another more polite claiming they will contact distribution) and one phone call to an obvious overseas office with someone that didn't speak English very well. (They claimed they will also send a message to distribution) They said it'll take 3-6 business days to process and I'll be contacted in 48 hours if there is a problem. Well now that I've read all the reviews on Saks now, I figure I probably won't ever hear back from them. Wow ALL 1 star... Anyways, the shoes were thankfully in perfect condition and my order was correct... How sad, I shopped at a supposedly luxury retailer and just simply feel thankful my order arrived with what I ordered. Well see if I ever get the damned dust bags. If not I'll be changing my review to 1 star.

Amazing experience. Thanks saks fifth Avenue.After I ordered my Armani shoes from Saks fifth Avenue. I got horrified by the reviews written here and there. So I decided to call the customer care service from abroad. I was amazed when they answered after the first ring. The lady was so nice helpful and assuring. 8 days later I’ve received my shoes that has traveled from the US to reach me here in UAE. Im so happy with the experienced especially that the product is authentic, beautifully packed in its original box, properly secured and moreover, it was a good bargain as I bought it on sale. I recommend people to buy from Saks fifth Avenue and I will definitely buy from them again.

Product in perfect quality. Fast ship. Order updates constantly and the price is what you pay for High end brands compared to other stores. I am happy with my last purchase though.
