website and proudct good but customer care and ticket system near useless

Living in the middle of nowhere and couriers never being able to find us I knew my passport delivery was going to be an issue. Communication with the head office was fantastic and the courier went above and beyond to deliver my passport which arrived only 1 day later than advised. Thank you for great communication and please pass my thanks to the driver

I missed my delivery date as I was out of the house unexpectedly at the time of delivery.Joe from the DX team, called me after I arranged a new delivery time but offered to drop off the package in person to my home despite this being out of his way and above/beyond his duties. Very impressed with the service from the NI staff based somewhere near the Belfast International Airport

Good prices and no problems with the shipping

I purchased a Cube Iworks7 tablet from DX in 2015, decided to write a review about it now since i just discovered trust pilot while reading up on geekbuying.comMy experience with DX was alright. Their chat managed to answer my questions and my item shipped in about a month. Came well packaged and fully intact. Managed to avoid Canadian customs and I'm happy to say the tablet still works to this day and I actively use it. Its a Windows 8.1 Baytrail Tablet that came in Chinese. Downloading English took a couple minutes to figure out but it was really easy. Surprisingly the activation for Win 8.1 32bit with Bing was fully activated and legit. Insane I only paid $110CDN for it and most importantly it's still perfectly functional to this day without issue. I expected much less from a cheap chinese retailer. Yes I know they were just the seller and not the manufacturer but they sure did deliver on what I paid for. I would totally buy from DX.com again. Just hope my experience is good with geekbuying.com too as this would be my 2nd purchase from China to Canada. It always feels sketchy but should this also go well, I think i'll be purchasing from China a lot more frequently. I cant speak for DX.com as of 2017 but my experience in the past was pretty good. I would say they can be trusted for sure. :)

I received a camera battery that cannot be charged and does not work. Customer support tells they only want to refund me less then a third of the price since a month passed since me receiving the product and letting them know. I wrote them I wasn't able to let them know earlier because I only received just now because of an address change.----Update: DX Reached out to me and refunded the full amount of the product. Thanks for the support.

I ordered a smart phone on the 20th of the month and it was delivered to the U.K. just seven days later,it was well packed and as you see very quickly delivered, one of the quickest deliveries I have had from China,cannot fault this company,please remember a lot of people only review when they are complaining, and they are retailers not manufacturers,so problems may be covered by the manufacturer.

Customer service is good in terms of getting damaged products replaced. However, due to how Dx packaged their stuff for shipping (most of the time in padded envelope), products damage during transit is expected which is very sad. You can find good stuff there, and some stuff are pure junk or knock off items. Expect some description to be a bit exaggerated like brightness. 3 stars because of product do get damage/shaken loose and exaggerated specification on some items.
