Hi there, I just wanted to say a huge Thank You to Easyjet and the Easyjet Crew who flew to Gibraltar on Wednesday 18th March 2020 to pick up people going to Gatwick who were stranded. They had been staying in Spain and the Spanish border was closed to people entering so I don't know what they would have done if you hadn't come to get them. Also it was very windy so we have no idea how you managed to land that plane!! My son and daughter were on that flight and it meant a lot to me to know that they were in good hands. Thanks once again!!

I quess iam one of the luckier ones in here. My flights have been cancelled due to the virus.. Tried do get a refund but they automatically tell you to call back later... So after 15 maybe 20 min of constant redailing I was able to speak to a human 5 min later my refund was sorted and today after 4 days waiting it was paid into my account.

Nice low cost company with many great European destinations.Staff is welcoming and the prices are correct

Finally received my promised refund after weeks of hassle just as many have described. I got through on the helpline (after 100s of attempts since flight cancelled) and spoke to someone in South Africa!An email arrived minutes later confirming full refund (over £550 for our group) and it has been received.So I'll give 3 stars now that's happened, but easyJet has some way to go to to repair its reputation after the very poor initial strategy of doing everything they could to avoid the legal entitlement of a refund which was a complete PR disaster!

You know what, easy have improved SO MUCH that’s why I’m leaving this review, the staff is friendly (sometimes a bit less than wanted but I’d rather other things be good) I’ve been on about 7 flights with easy last year and every flight was smooth easy, extremely informative and that’s what I need and love, im a nervous flyer so the scale of informativness (if that’s even a word lol) is insane, as soon as we take off and the first beep beeps the crew informs us that’s for the cabin crew to start getting the food ready etc, that makes me feel like everything is okay, I absolutely HATE take off so this is so freaking amazing for me, thank you easy jet you truly make me feel so comfortable in your flights and I LOVE flying with you ! to add they always announce stuff throughout the flight like giving updates to where we are and what the weather is etc just stuff that’ll put you at ease, I never have trouble booking with them and I never have trouble with their prices idk how people are getting ‘ripped off’ and saying this air line is ‘fraud’ I actually don’t get it I fly with these everytime I go away as I fly around Europe atm, absolutely love it easy, I wish more people would realise how much you’ve changed and stop by to actually leave you good reviews !

Compared with all the other companies I've been trying to get a refund from for cancelled flights, easyJet were by far the best. They had an online form (https://www .easyjet. com/en/ policy/coronavirus/online-support/q0 - DELETE THE SPACES) and refunded me within a week.

It took around one month but we have finally received the full refund from Easyjet. It inspires us confidence and we will for sure spend our money with Easyjet in the future.Unfortunatelly our Easter travel plan also got cancellations for flights with other companies like Vueling and Olympic/Aegean who reject to refund only offering credit vouchers. Poor business for them, we and many other peopple will never travel with them again, they will disapear as they don't have long term vision.

Despite everything I've heard, have actually dealt with the covid-19 situation really well. Easy to move flights you're not planning on using, finding the refund button is a bit of a nightmare, but once you've found it, refunded quite quickly. Better than most :)

Flew with easyjet last year, booking was simple, I was kept up to date with emails, flights were on time and very good value, and the staff pleasant to deal with, I know they get slated a lot but my experience was perfectly fine :)

My personal experiences have been really good recently and they are a bit of a lifeline to where I currently live. Their online booking system is simple to navigate and better than most other airlines I book flights with. Staff on board are always friendly. Some of the older planes feel a little cramped compared to those with the new, thinner seats. Much more comfortable than Ryanair though. They can be a victim of their own success with one small delay seemingly knocking onto the rest of the network for the rest of the day, but that is the nature of budget airlines with tight turnaround schedules. They will be struggling financially with the current crisis and I hope they pull through to the other side. I can see why they're offering vouchers - to spread the cost burden out as much as possible. Won't suit all customers which they will expect. I hope people have patience with their customer service team who will be inundated at a time when easyJet (already operating on tight budgets to allow for cheap flights) will not be able to increase its cost base to employ more people to field queries. This massive issue has hit them in a very short period of time and has been a constantly moving picture. They handle an incredible number of passengers, many of whom will be worried/panicked currently. Hopefully within a month the airline is still in business, they've resolved most of the issues and customers will be satisfied. People making statements about dividends would have had a point if this crisis happened earlier. I'm sure there will be zero dividends paid to shareholders (including many peoples pensions) at the end of this financial year. Troubling times for airlines more than most - good luck!!
