Do not order From this company they are scam artists I ordered from this company never received my package they gave me the runaround or a refund that I never received and tried the best not to do anything about the product that I never receive

Could not retrieve a sign up discount so called them. Did eventually get the code but lovely helpful customer service lady didn’t ring me as promised ‘to check if things were ok’. Violeta range very much more expensive than standard sizing. Unfair making so called plus size custohers pay more. Over priced and sizing is AWFUL

I just received my package, and I love the dresses that I ordered, but they are a little to big, so I would suggest ordering one size down. It did take a little while to arrive but I was really impressed with their material. It is not to thin, so far material is pretty good. After all the negative feedback I was scared I was not going to receive anything at all . I will definitely be buying more clothes from this website .

Ordered online and the items arrived within 3 days. Ordered a wool coat and it's great quality, nicely tailored and made from sustainable material. Also ordered a white, cotton t-shirt and again it's great quality. I had no need to return anything.

Poor quality all round and I came out over £21 lighter because of postage and VAT not being refunded I was trying to return the whole order back to the company then I went online and I found the company help which is ₑᵢɢₕₜ ʄₒᵤᵣ ʄᵢᵥₑ five2ₒₙₑ seven ᵗʷᵒ ᶠᵒᵘʳ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ THE COMPANY ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE THE DRESS WHICH IS GOT IS NOTHING LIKE UN THE PICTURE AT ALL the customer care team was great in helping to get my return and money back after that I was able to MAIL BACK THE WHOLE ORDER I made my first and last purchase from this online store in January. It took two months, reporting then to the BBB, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

I've bought from Mango in shop before, but this is my first time using the online shop. I was terrified after reading the reviews, but luckily all went well. Sizing and quality was great and Ermes delivered on time.

I love Mango. I love that they have lots of cotton and linen dresses. I am very surprised by the negative reviews. I have never used the customer service so can't comment on that. I think the quality is really good and they focus on sustainable material. I get lots of compliments on my mango beige boots and a midi blue pleated skirt.

After reading these reviews, I was a bit skeptical but decided to give it a shot, as I really wanted one of their men’s coats. Placed an order on May 5th and received it May 23rd. Given the pandemic, the wait was as expected. However, tracking was a bit wonky. I was never sent a shipping email update, but after checking my order status on their website, it had updated to international transit. A week later with still no email or tracking info, I decided to give Mango a call. The CSR was able to then send me an email of the tracking information, but wasn’t quite sure what was going on with the order. She said she would follow up...Again, I was slightly skeptical of that, given the reviews. For the next week, the status of the package on the USPS website said label created/awaiting shipment. Then finally, before making a follow up phone call, I get a USPS update that the package will be delivered the next day. Sure enough it arrived, and the quality of the coat met my expectations. I am quite happy with it. Only after the package was delivered did Mango send an email indicating that it was on its way. CSR never did follow up, but in the end I was satisfied. I may have been one of the lucky customers, but it’s good to keep in mind these are abnormal circumstances right now, and having a little patience is key. Would definitely shop here again, after things improve.

Great products, displayed well and they beat their delivery promise

I was concerned about my order after reading all of the negative reviews on here but I was fortunate to have the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had. All of the clothes are good quality and were true to size so I won’t need to return anything which hardly ever happens for me with other retailers. It only took a couple of days to get to me despite coming from abroad too.
