After reading all the other reviews, think I have to speak out for shopbop. have been a loyal customers for many years I can only say the goods and services provided by them are excellent. though at only once or twice there had been small imperfection with the items arrived. In general they are selling terrific goods, brand new and pretty high quality. one word: perfect!

I placed an international order few days ago. I tried logging into your website to check tracking number, but the website doesn't let me log in. It keeps saying I have the wrong password. When I reset it won't accept the new one either. Money that was withdrawn from my credit card was returned. I contacted customer service, wrote them that i can provide to them my ID or whatever and left my phone number. A few hours later i got a reply."Thanks for ordering with us. I regret to inform you that your order has not passed our preliminary inspection criteria. Consequently, this order has been cancelled without charge to your card and your account has been inactivated. Please contact your card issuing bank with any further questions."There's nothing wrong with my credit card, i am sure. Afer customer service email i became nervous and even got stomach pain. Best black friday ever(Update: After i posted my 1 star review customer support got in touch with me, and my account was unblocked. I made an order again and two days later I was asked to confirm my identity. After confirmation i finally got tracking number. Also, I won't have to go through the whole procedure of confirmation again.

I had an outstanding experience with Shopbop. After reading comments on Trustpilot I was reluctant at first, given that I live in Europe, so I opted to make a smaller purchase. I was pleasantly surprised; my merch was shipped in a matter of hours with fee UPS express shipment, free of charge! I live in Southern Europe, and I got my merch in perfect condition five days after making an order. Of course, knowing the laws of my country, I knew that I would be paying custom duties. It was great to find out that the shipping cost was not included in the duty fees calculation. All in all, excellent experience with Shopbop, and I will be ordering more for sure.

I have ordered a pair of Dr Martens boots which were too large, and I easily returned them and had my money sent back. The customer service is very responsive.

As a more than one-year loyal customer, I’m really heart-broken. This is the first time I complain Shopbop. I got a defective Tory Burch handbag, and returned back per their indications. Returned item was delivered on Nov.18th then I double checked and was confirmed by their team that refund will be processed within 5 business day. Now drama begins, at the fifth business day on Nov 24, I asked and was told their return center was experiencing the high volume, the refund will be no later than the end of thanksgiving week. I tried to email their feedback team, I was told my returned handbag was missing from my return, are you kidding?!!! So I replied with the evidence of delivery and their team’s confirmation. Then I was told that it is a misunderstanding bla bla, your refund will be processed ASAP within 1-2 days before this week (before Nov 27). On Nov 27, I was replied that sorry for delay, relative team are still instigating your issue, pls wait bla bla...See? Latest updates, finally I got refund solution. Above story will be kept as reference, 1star to 3 stars, only because I think your team still need improvement. Any possible situation could be remind in advance, better than promised then changed excuses. Anyway, good luck.

well after reading all the bad reviews on shopbop i seriously cant complain, they delievered my order to australia in under 5days! excellent service 3time iv shopped with them and have not had a problem

I was very scared when I read all the negative reviews after making an order for $400 , I was sure I lost the money I will never get an order and so on . Well , I dont know where all the bad reviews come from , the service is fantastic. I got an item in a few days delivered to my door in Norway , product as decribed, great quality , I love it and will shop again - without the stress this time !
