Sirius Deals New Customer May 2024

So far I have only paid the introductory price, so I gave it 3 stars. Full price would be 1 star.The ad free radio would be much more tolerable if Serius played only music. I don't want to hear a DJ or any other sounds. The 50s, 60s and 70s stations I like are ruined by the noise they play between songs.

Great service, but near-impossible to cancel.I really enjoyed my years of service with SiriusXM. It's good quality content, and it's nice to have less ads than radio, but there are two specific areas of their customer service that really concern me.1) This company does not have transparent pricing. They feature one price on their website but then offer a completely different set of pricing if you call-in. If you try and cancel (more on this below), they will offer you successively low-balling offers down to 25% of the list price. Why should one have to try and cancel to get a fair price?2) Canceling service took nearly an hour, and there is no way to cancel online without talking to a rep by chat. We like the service itself but chose to cancel the service because we are no longer driving and using the radio as much as we were before. Though I kept echoing the "please cancel, I am not interested in any offers" message, the agent gave me no less than 6 consecutive lower offers for the exact same product in order to try and keep my business. I kept saying "please cancel, and please stop giving me offers," but the agent continued to cut the previous offer in half, until we were down to less than 25% of the advertised price for the service. If this had been initially offered, I might have trusted the company with my business, but setting up a business model where the customer who complains the most and most tries to cancel gets the best offer....that doesn't make sense. We might have resumed service with SiriusXM in the future had the cancelation/pausing experience been a) online and easy and b) without so many barriers to cancellation.

I am reading all the reviews in this area, and most are not good! I however, must say, I have been a Customer with Sirius Radio for 11 years. In my vehicle, several home radios and streaming on my phone. I personally have always had A Great Experience with them. All the merchandise I've ever received was delivered exactly as advertised and for the Prices quoted. I sometimes got Frequent Listener discounts on merch. and services from time to time. I wanted to add, the most recent call to SiriusXM, I had a very pleasant experience. I wish I could remember the gals name, but it was a unique name that started with a 'J'. She was very helpful and patient with me, and even stayed on the phone with me until everything was working properly. In conclusion, in this last service purchase with SiriusXM , I received a Free Echo Dot 'Alexa'...and am very happy with it. The gal in Listener Care was very helpful in making sure I understood how to place the order so I would not be charged for it. My overall experience with SiriusXM in 11 years has been Excellent!

I mostly have issue with one d.j. in Jose Mangin... this individual talks far too much that exceeds what commercial time would take. I pay for this service for music, not to listen to a d.j. ramble on every opportunity.

Just tried to cancel! I’m on Disability and can’t afford it. They keep on and keep on until they have a package cheap enough that you just might be able to pay for it in a month... :-D so I’m still on the hook for another 6 months! Wish me luck in August!

Is not bad at all for me I'm actually really like this service, especially the 80's on 8 radio station, I drove the whole way between Indiana and New-York and I never loose my signal, also when a song is good it stays on buffer so you can repeat.

I want to talk to people who understand what I need. The workers with foreign accents do not tend to understand what I need.

I have a trial of Sirius XM radio but need to get customer support with being able to log into my account. I've contacted customer service before and they are very friendly but they do call you quite a bit to try to get you to agree to a subscription if you are just using Sirius as a trial.

They gave me a 3 months free trial and then a super good deal for an additional 3 months. I like their music channels, it have a great variety of them and they make me find new songs. I think they got me

I had renewed my subscription in October. Unfortunately they couldn't give me the 1 year deal I had before. So they gave me a $6.00 month to month payments. I didn't know this I hurried in front of my supervisor to get this over with. Today I see a $7.99 charge pending from them. I called and that's when I realized it was month to month for 6 months. So the girl gave me a deal. A one time charge of $38.00 until June. I said yes. This plan has streaming everywhere. I'm happy with it.
