Always love shopping at Target. I will love it even more now that all the real racists, the people complaining about the non-racist commercial, will no longer be shopping there. Wal-Mart would be a better fit for those types of people. I'll apologize on behalf of all the ignorant white people who think the Honeypot commercial was racist because it wasn't at all. It's the sad, pathetic, 1 star review bombing people who are letting their racism show on their sleeves.

Target.com is amazing with the best return policy. Any time I've had an issue, they were kind, polite, personable, and very helpful in fixing the issue. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because their face to face employees are so-so. It's like a grab bag dealing with the f2f--you never know what you're going to get! lol Usually they're at least helpful, though sometimes you get rude people who don't know what they're doing, which is why the managers are there. The managers ALWAYS make things better, so grateful for them! lol! :) I also dislike the quality of their clothing and jewelry so won't be buying that again, but everything else I've bought either held up well or was refunded in full so I'm pretty happy with them and will continue to be a customer. Pro tip-- If you have any issues, use their chat to get your refund. You won't have to drive to the store to handle the issue and they're very nice and quick for a resolution via chat!

Target is so PC and polite, it's sometimes sad, ha ha ha. But I love them for that, and more. I've never had a sour experience with Target online, only with in-store this one time when they lost the online pickup order I made (but I got $5 credit from the online customer service). Note, I've never bought anything that wasn't sold directly by Target (so far). With return policies, always check the receipts, and for online orders, it will actually tell you hold long you have to return something if you click on the return options, I recommend always referring to that if you're uncertain about keeping a purchase or making a return. I'm gonna focus on online ordering for the most part. So far, Target has not ever had to cancel an order for me without a consequence on them. I've had orders delayed and I would need to approve of the new date, but only once has an order mysteriously canceled, and when it did, I contacted customer service via chat and I got $10 off a new order because I could not remake the order due to the item being out of stock/no longer sold at Target. Target's online chat is super quick now, I know before there was a slight wait, but I'm always first in line now. The chat rep is usually helpful, but sometimes I have to wrestle an answer out or transfer to a couple people to get something done, so I'm sorry Target, but I gotta be persistent. Target also has a call center, which I occasionally use, and they're also helpful, but I like typing more, so I'm thankful for the chat option. I used to work in store at Target, and while it wasn't the best experience as a worker, I did appreciate how far the company goes to really please customers. Target does price matching with most retailers, the online sales are great, there's the redcard which gives you free shipping on most things and a slight discount. Note, my redcard is connected to my debit, like a proxy, so I don't have experience with the credit card-red card, but my sister does, and she's had no issue with paying it and all. Target lets you cancel order with ease, all orders shipped are tracked, they will reship stolen orders, get replacements processed, give you store credit if an order is late sometimes, they have online ordering for curbside/in-store pick up, the list just goes on. They really nailed a lot of conveniences for us shoppers, so I do feel spoiled. For online orders, I almost exclusively shop Target when both Target and Walmart carry the same item, because I could possibly price-match Walmart (assuming it's sold and shipped by Walmart) and I get my redcard benefits, and returns are super easy and guilt-free at Target (plus the online receipt is in your account so you won't lose it unless you lose your password or something; Walmart in store returns for online orders is a little more convenient in that they let you return absolutely anything sold on walmart.com, even 3rd party sellers, but I believe Walmart limits their return counter hours, as opposed to Target where you can return all day long in-store). If you have a question, you can ask away with the chat before buying so you don't get into any sort of mess, you know? The only cons I see are the smaller selection compared to Walmart (but I mean, Walmart is a giant), but Target does carry a lot of things already, you'd be surprised. I hope Target continues to thrive and do okay, because it's kind of a bloodstream for some of us in terms of shopping for necessities, and the company really tries to get a decent score for customer satisfaction to the point of spoiling us. It's kind of sad how much hate here and there Target gets for the amount of effort they put in for your affection.

They continue to remove my review due to the gross deception on this site, but Target is fantastic and I have completely replaced the monopoly online with Target. Higher quality items, prices much lower, good deals, actual people in a store you can talk to if necessary, fantastic app, 2 day delivery or curbside pickup. (Also have Shipt which is SAME day vs pr1me 2 days if lucky - same cost) So happy with the switch!
