I had money to spend on myself for my birthday and found exactly what I was looking for at Torrid's website. There are no stores near me, so I ordered a couple of things and got a discount through an email (I've been getting their emails for a while now). I received my things quickly, everything was as I expected. I didn't need to contact customer service, but overall, everything went great and I was delighted that they have plus-size, licensed stuff for various fandoms. Because of a sale and the discount code, I got more than I expected to afford that day.

It's time for Torrid to switch their style up. I'm over the flower look and the sweet valley high look. It's for torrid to get grown and sexy with it. Do a couture line, very classic but sexy. Torrid is losing that spice. I use to shop EVERY WEEK but barely shop every 6 or 7 months. I hope they change up.

Great options, decent quality for the price. Glad to have stores in Canada now. Hoping they extend the 'ship to store' option to include Canadian stores down the line.

I am the guest review just below they complained about torrid taking $10 from my order. Trustpilot won’t let me edit or delete it as I wrote it as a guest. Torrid has since refunded me the $10. I will continue to use them

You will not find a better store to shop at for plus size women. I have probably spent way to much money there but it was worth every penny. They have great clothes and great service in the stores. I have been very happy every time i order online as well. If it doesn't fit or you just dont like it you can send it back for a full refund. To have a store that cares about plus size women is so great. You dont have to feel bad walking into a store knowing nothing will fit you. I walk into torrid knowing everything will fit me or even be big and that is a feeling every women should feel no matter where they go. Thank you Torrid so being so great!!!

I personally love torrid I have never had any problems with anything.

This store’s styles are good for the younger plus size women. It has great selections & a variety of styles to please the majority. It’s only drawback are their prices! They are expensive in the sense that a simple tank top is $18 and the average cost per item is no less then $40. If in s rush for an item & iyou have their store close by odds are you will be able to find what you need ASAP to accommodate your needs. Overall not too bad when in a tight bind & need something fast.

I used to love Torrid a lot. They were like a more trendy Lane Bryant. Their clothes have gotten a lot more matronly over the years and doesn't really appeal to my fashion sense. The bras aren't as great as they used to be, but I still LOVE the panties. Also, their clearance deals are usually amazing, but the layout is pretty hard to pick through. I guess that's the point, though. If they do some joint ventures or partnerships, maybe they can revitalize.

I order from Torrid a lot. My last 2 recent orders there were a lot of problems. I ordered 2 pair of boots on cyber Monday with some clothing. I received the clothing after about 2 weeks but not the boots. I called the customer service and the wait time was awful. The representative was great, she explained that the boots wouldn't be coming because they went out of stock but corporate wasn't cancelling the items or updating the inventory on the website. She cancelled the items for me and placed an order for me of different boots. She honored the sale pricing and free shipping from my previous order and sent in feedback for me to corporate. I then received a $20 egift card from corporate in my email. I still haven't received the 2nd order for my boots but per the tracking email I got I should get them 12/23. I placed another order online with the egift card and another 1 of the items I ordered again hasn't shipped. I called again and it was the same thing, item went out of stock and corporate is slacking on updating stock quantities and website. I don't know what's going wrong with the company lately but they need to fix it very quickly. It's unacceptable. I won't be ordering from them again until well after the holidays.

I have a question. This is my first time shopping online at Torrid and I am contemplating if I should go ahead with the deals that I see online now/today 11/25/19 OR do I wait until Friday 11/29/19 when they have their Black Friday Sale. Will the deals be even more reasonable online then? Can anyone who has had the experience please advise.
