This is the first time I bought something from Tory Burch. I bought two pairs of very similar looking shoes and by mistake I bought one of them wrong size. I contacted them to return one pair and exchange the other. They were very helpful and I received the correct size quickly. There was some issue on their side with the refund process, probably because of refund +return issue. When I contacted them they apologised and sorted it out straight away. All the communications were very polite and prompt. I'd definitely be shopping with them and recommend them to my friends.

Placed a order on April 5th, contacted them about my issue and it was resolved right away. When I needed to make a return it was easy. Got my refund 3 days later. I’m guessing it depends on what customer service rep you get . The ones I got were helpful and gave me options to resolve my issue.

I have placed a few orders with Tory Burch in the U.K. 1 order was just as the pandemic started so as you can guess I had some issues getting the parcel, nevertheless after chasing my tail 100 times I had it arrive, beautiful product, well wrapped and I was pleased. The customer service were like getting hold of Santa Claus... go figure. Ema after email and calls but then again a pandemic had just started so I will cut them some slack. Second order well this was frustrating, the order still after weeks said processing the U.K. customer service team didn’t want to know they just kept saying wait all the time, it’s because of Covid, it’s ups and parcel force fault. I honestly lost all hope. However I reached out to them via Instagram and facebook, I had a email in my inbox within a hour. I believe the customer relations assistant is based outside the U.K who assisted me, I can’t fault her, she listened she cared and she helped me! She apologised repeatedly for the service and the issues, I had the item arrive a day or so later. The day my parcel arrived she emailed to check I did have it and I was happy. Completely changed my view of a bad experience.The products are always beautiful well packaged. In all honesty I think I would travel to the shop here on in, mainly as ordering from the U.K. Tory Burch is stressful and time consuming. The assistance I had from your assistant was first class customer service Tory Burch. I realise it shouldn’t take all this to any readers, but if you do need help try leaving a message on their posts and I bet you get the good service I did also.

I shopped few times both online and in store. My experience with Tory Burch is always positive. The customer service online and sales agent in stores are professional and treat me with courtesy. Their return policy is consumer friendly. The store settings are beautiful and luxury. Their products are well designed with superb quality. I never regretted anything I bought there.

Tory Burch recently had a summer sale. I was eyeing over one of their Miller bags ever since it launched; and at the sale price I was compelled to make a purchase. Upon receiving the item, the item looked used. The bag did not have its usual protective stickers and foam to protect the soft leather, I also want to add that the leather flap of the bag was dented due to this. I quickly made a returns and I hope I get my refund back.

Order from Tory Burch all the time when things go on sale. Can't afford it otherwise. Everything is packed so pretty and professional. Superb quality of items! Just wish prices were more affordable, which is why I didn't give 5 stars.

I have to update my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Daniel, the General manager of the Santa Monica storefront, gave me a call a few days later and offered me a full refund for the shoes. However, follow ups were poor from the online customer service team. Some lady just called me this week to see if I was able to get my issue handled… almost 3 weeks later. Smh I cannot begin to express how disappointed I am. I first blame myself because I typically conduct thorough research before I purchase items from a company. However, I trusted that if you're selling $378 shoes, then it would be of good quality. Originally, my issue was not even with the quality, it was with the sizing. On 03/21/2022, I purchased the Jessa loafer pump from store #123864 from sales associate Belen (who was very nice) to celebrate a great job offer that I accepted. I wanted a nice shoe for the office. I first tried the shoe on in an 8.5, my normal size, but it was too big, so I went down to an 8. The shoe fit much better, but I experienced a little tightness in my pinky toes. The associate assured me that the shoe would stretch and I loved the look of the shoe, so I proceeded with the purchase. I walked around the house a little bit to stretch the shoe, but did not wear it outside of the house until 03/29/2022. I could not make it in the shoe for four hours. My feet were in so much pain that I was walking in my office in my dress socks. After work, I decided that I needed to return the shoe. Yesterday, 03/29/2022, I took the shoe to my local Tory Burch in Santa Monica (i purchased the shoe in the Miami Store at Aventura mall), and it was brought to my attention that although the shoe was being returned within the proper window of return, the shoe could not be accepted due to the quality of the sole of the shoe. I explained that I had only worn the shoe one time and I couldn't do anything with it because it hurt so badly. After looking at the bottom of the shoe myself, you would think that I had worn the shoes for 2 months. The sole of the shoe is of absolute terrible quality. It's the cheapest $400 shoes I have ever purchased. I wasted $404 trying to support this company for the first time and it will certainly be the last time. I called a customer care number that I was given where the lady Megan (who was also really nice) was willing to refund the money, but because I purchased the shoes from a store and not online, I was unable to have money returned to the original form of payment, but was given the option of a gift card. I am so highly upset. I just want my money so I can purchase an item that I can actually use. Finally, after doing my research (a little too late), I found reviews on the BBB, trust pilot, and site jabber all sitting quality issues with Tory Burch. I will not return as a customer. I work too hard for my money to be deceived!

Bought 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter it got stolen in the brooklyn ups facility i made a call yo tory burch customer service , the wait time was long but fhe service i recieved was excellent , great shopping with tory burch im very pleased ..

I've always had great experience with TB. Ordered lovely high heels ( quality outstanding, as usual ). They shipped them the very next day and I received them in a couple of days. I decided to go for half size up and called customer services. The girl was very friendly, she talked me through the return process, sent me a return label and organised the exchange. The shoes arrived in 5 days...they are gorgeous :)
