Verizon Upgrade Discount Code May 2024

I switched from att to Verizon and the experience has been great! Not sure why people are giving Verizon bad reviews but I think they are great! Always reliable for me

Joshua at Verizon wireless Tech Ridge in Austin Texas is incredible. He helped us work through some issues we had and helped my son and I get new lines and phones. I cant even begin to describe how wonderful we were treated and what incredible customer service we experienced. If you need anything from Verizon- run dont walk to this store. All employees are incredible but Joshua the store manager was incredible!

Verizon customer Care needs to read this because their surveys are getting annoying while I'm at work from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. I cannot receive sales calls to my phone from Verizon or I will not be able to pay my bill your choice

We had an AMAZING experience at the Verizon store in Lumberton tx on 10/31/2019. Our daughter's i phone had the apple logo showing and was stuck. ( Of course no insurance and it wasn't paid off). Zachary Chance spent over an hour with us troubleshooting and trying to figure it out. Even staying over a bit when the store was supposed to close!. Well...phone is fixed!!! Well done Zach, well done!

The Verizon store in lake Jackson Texas gave my mother and law and I the best experience. Edward the versizon repersenative gave us full attention and provided the absolute best experience ever. He listened to our needs and understood everything we needed to do. He was very patient with us and guided us to our end result of what we needed. He talked to us like he was a friend and not a random person off the street. Thankful for my experience with him and I hope you see this and know how much of a positive impact you made on my mother in law's life as well as mine. Brianna and Rebecca

This situation has been resolved to my satisfaction.I upgraded my phone. The salesman also sold me an LTE router for home service. My bad, even though I told him that we get lousy data service from them at home, I ordered it. THEN, after I realized that it's not going to work for me, I did a return online and was told that I would be charged a $50 restocking fee. WHAT? I didn't even open the box. Even if I had, if the service won't work where do they get off charging a restocking fee? Also, they need to have their reps do a little more research before they sell something. The fact that I told him that I had bad data service should have tempered his anxiety to sell me something I cannot use as home internet.So then I try to call Verizon. No luck, interminable waiting times and so I decided to schedule a callback, naively thinking that a person would be calling. NO! Turns out I get to hear the same lousy hold music and I finally hang up.1. When a callback is done, a rep should be ready to talk to the customer.2. Sales personnel should not be so anxious to sell products that they ignore what they are told.3. I should not have been so stupid as to order their LTE home internet. It was a lapse of judgement that Verizon is apparently willing to make me pay for.I have been a good VZN customer for over 1 year. I used to work in the wireless industry and know what good customer service is. This situation is HORRIBLE. I guess I will pay the $50 and look forward to paying my new phone off, and got to another carrier. Sad. I am still trying to get a human to speak to me from verizon. Their chat feature isn't working either.Luckily. I finally got through to VZN customer care. I told the guy my story and he said that he will fix it all. I was beginning to lose faith, but now it's much better.

I have been with Verizon for over 30 years, pay my bill on time and retired from Lucent Technologies. If you know anything about AT&T, Ohio Bell Bell Labs...they use to have the best service. Today it took me 3 Beavercreek OH Verizon stores to get good service. I highly recommend the store on Dayton-Xenia Rd near Fairfield. The young gentleman in that store was very helpful, considerate, kind, and pleasant. Unlike, the young female at the Verizon in The Greene, and the very crude and rude dark haired childish male at the Verizon on Fairfield in the Old IHop Building. If you live in Beavercreek OH I highly recommend the Verizon store on Dayton Xenia...stay clear of the other two that I mentioned.

I have to say I love Verizon. I hate all the other cell service out there. U buy what u get and with Verizon my phi e worked everywhere never had any problems and if I did I'd call them and they would fix it. The only thing is they lie to u I. The store so I go through online for my phones now. Wont ever go back to a store. The store of Verizon I give them no stars that's how bad they are do t even get a star

I went to Verizon on Thur, It took me 2 Hrs. to get a phone, but the Guy was very helpful,he took EVERYTHING off my old phone an put It onto my new Samsung A11, I really like my new phone. The guy who helped me out was Brian F,people came In and In between me and the other customers we all had are turn. The store Is at Amar & Hacienda In La Puente.
