Not much to say other then this company is AWESOME!

I always order online since we unfortunately don't have VS store near me. When I need help I always reach their oline chat and they're honestly the best. They always help me and they are honestly try their best. I am very satisfied with VS and I love their bras. Their bras are so lightweight I never experienced anything like that. But also because of the price I always wait for great deals and huge sales.

The selections were great and the prices were reasonable. I had no problem placing my order and I’m very happy with my experience shopping.

Today was the first day walking into a Victoria secret store, without my wife, I assumed before I walked in a would be judge and stared at weird but no it was the exact opposite from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a genuine hello from one on of the girls, I was shopping for underwear (for my wife) and asked if they were on sale the second girl quickly showed me all the ones that were on sale and different ones at different prices, I was lost so she was very helpful showed me how each size and style was in a different drawer made it so much easier and less Awkward to do my shopping they let me look around at the diff rents styles and shapes, it took me a while but every couple minutes a girl would walk by with a big smile and ask if I was doing ok I loved the fact they were so happy to truly help me, I have never been in a store this happy with the way I was treated from the moment I walked in til check out I’ve never wrote a review but figured these girls need positive recognition, the one who checked me out was by for the nicest one didn’t make me feel weird like I thought I would and carried on good conversation while she was ringing me up I truly help at home in this store they all treated me with a goodbye have a good day, the experience was so good I went back a second time that day to buy more( take advantage of the sale they told me about) within walking in the girl told me” nice to see you back so soon” she went out of here way to make a point to remember me, I have worked in retail all my life for 13years and never seen a team of employees treat me this wonderful I will be shopping there many times because of them and I hope someone high up at Victoria secret reads this and takes the time to thank all of the girls and the Rome Mount Berry mall store!YOU GIRLS ARE AWESOME!!!

Very quick shipping to Europe in comparison to other stores, great prices during sales. One of my favorite things to wear.-1 for not shipping discreetly / not offering an option for discreet packaging.

I am not sure why everyone's complaining about Victoriassecret. Products are high quality, service is great. 5Stars!

I love VS! Their stores are beautiful and I know my local ones have really helpful staff. I have just received my second order from online and I have to say I am so impressed! I live in the UK and the parcel comes from the USA, I ordered late Monday night and it arrived today (Friday) that’s quicker than some UK based companies get my parcels to me! Keep it up VS!

I’ve been shopping on this site for over a decade, they’ve always had great customer service with me. Sometimes you have to go out of your way to explain the situation to them and chat a couple of times, but overall it’s a good company with great customer service

This was my first shop from Victoria secret and I was very happy with my puchases. I shopped in the sale and the prices were affordable plus I got free delivery to the UK. Received everything within 7days, it all fits perfectly and I bought a few sports bras which at great at supporting and lifting. They look amazing. I will be ordering again but my budgets tight so probably in the next sale.
