Above and beyond

I have been with Vodafone for well over 10 years and never had any of the issues mentioned in other reviews, that haven't been sorted out very quickly when I speak to them. Today they went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. We have had no BT internet for the past few days and not likely to be resolved anytime soon, I work from home and like most of us the vast majority of TV is watched through online services. I called and asked if I could pay to have unlimited data for the next few days, they came back and said actually we can do better than that here is unlimited data for 30 days. Very impressed, thank you Vodafone. This has taken a huge amount of stress out of my work life as well as my home life. Also their UK covered is far better than other providers and I rarely get no service

I have been a loyal Customer To Vodafone before this iPhone 13 Pro Max I used an iPhone seven so I upgraded the iPhone 13 promax I belong to Amazon prime and I buy books kindle books and I have used the Audible narration so you can read a book and listen to it at the same time but since having this iPhone 13 promax I haven’t been able to do that and I wondered why so today I phoned Vodafone I was told that I have to pay another 9 pound a month if I want to use the Amazon audible narration because they call it the entertainment package I am not paying another 9 pound a month I already paid 53 to Vodafone and I think they are a very greedy company and do not value the loyal customers I am thinking seriously when my contract comes to an end but I will go with another company in Vodafone you will lose me your choice

Disappointed

I have been a vodaphone customer since April 2021. Never a problem then in December 7th my internet stopped working. I work in care and due to Covid was working every day due to being short staffed so no time to call.I eventually called on the 18th December and had a video call with a lady. She was very helpful looked at my modem and everything but could not see what was causing the problem but confirmed my internet had been down since 7th of December which was day I had new carpets fitted. So she said an engineer would be out on Monday 20th but he didn’t turn up. My son was here on 3rd of January and fixed the problem in minutes. I then received a bill for 2 months so I called again and the caller told me engineer had called me on the 20th to say he was coming but had not missed calls on that day. She then sorted my bill so I only had to pay 1 month and insured me I would recieve compensation for all days after problem was reported. So far I’ve heard nothing. Very disappointed in poor service. Only giving 3 stars as the girls I spoke we’re really nice and as helpful as they could be.

After a very traumatic experience

Transferred my business account to a private account after my husband had been ill and I was forced to closed our community hub. It was a bit of Trial to start with as was very confusing, in the end all sorted and deservedly a 5 star for being so understanding and shows no compassion unlike many other companies like BRITISH GAS & BES UTILITIES who charged for coming out of a contract despite My husband having had Cardiac arrest so was hardly planned and has been left very poorly due to lack of oxygen. Therefore business closed down.
