Jet Premier Class Long-haul

I flew LHR-DEL and BOM-LHR on 26 February and 12 March 2019, Business Class (Premier Class, to use Jet’s designation).Before we left Britain, Jet cancelled our convenient post lunch return flight from BOM and put us on a morning flight instead thanks to their financial difficulties. We took this as a bad sign.On the way out, I found the somewhat old fashioned IFE quite clunky and slow. On the way back, an FA had to delve beneath my seat sqab to reconnect wiring so that the lie-flat seat would indeed lie flat. Once fixed, the seat was comfortable enough to allow me some sleep. She then had to make running repairs to a fixture in the cabin which had become loose and was squeaking and squawking after takeoff.However, both flights were actually quite bearable. OK, enjoyable (I generally don’t like flying). This is because a Jet flight is a metaphor for India itself. The food is terrific, the people can’t do enough for you and nothing works quite as it should.TBH I would still choose Jet Premier over BA Club because the staff are pretty good.

Budget Airline but the planes are Old…

Budget Airline with mostly old equipment. Jet Airways seems like a good deal for Business Class flights but except for just one leg of the flight from Saudi Arabia to Bangkok and return it was just a bigger seat and not much more than you would expect in Economy Class. The planes were old and had no working in-flight entertainment and that's a problem on 10 hours, in the air, trip. The cabin crew were great and very attentive but lets hope everyone likes spicy Indian food? No USB charger which more airlines have even in economy, but the business lounges available in Jeddah and Bangkok were good. I would use them again but we can only hope the get newer aircraft before that? Note: Not Jet Airways problem, but the Mumbai Airport stop over is a joke. New Terminal run by Idiots who are set in the old ways.. Security CLOWN writing (by hand) boarding pass numbers as you pass through transit security. Rude Staff and very little signage.

Jet Airways is good

First of all i must tell you guys it was first time with Jet airways.So... i booked 2 international flight with JA from Dubai to Singapore and return for me and my girlfriend.The flight are almost not directly they had hubs on Mumbai or New Delhi.The planes are almost new and the crew are very good.The food is somewhat good but i think this is based on nationality.For me as european was ok ,not great but ok.The only "complain" was about headphones and touchscreens for movies which is always by your luck to working properly.They are very organised between transfers,very.The email support is great let me explain, after one month i request the miles for my trip an they answer very fast.

Recently, I flew on Jet Airways from USA to Hyderabad via Delhi IGI airport. I had booked the flight through Indian eagle travel agency. The international segment of my trip up to Delhi was very smooth. The crew members of Jet Airways were polite and courteous. I had a nice flight by Jet Airways.

Forgettable Experience

I travelled on Jet Airways 9W118 from Mumbai to Heathrow on the 13th of Sept 2018The flight was a very pleasant one but the infighting service a terrible experienceThe flight left 12.50 local time and it was well after 2.40 that we were served meals. Tea (if you can call it that came a good 4hrs later. I understand Jet is cost cutting but on case one is suffering from diabetes and require meals at reqular intervals it is a nightmare !The flight attendant Amanda was very rude and did not attend to us even after repeated buzzes !.Headphones didn't work and the toilets were not clean Used to be a regular Jet traveller but seriously doubt I will do so again.!!!!!

Worst seats ever .

Overall not bad really , BUT the seats in the economy section are appalling. Sooooo uncomfortable on ones bum !No seriously, they are not good and after 2 hrs into a 9 hr flight it’s like sitting on park bench.So take heed folks, take a cushion or two but that’s not the answer really , is it ?

First time I’ve flown with Jet Airways

I have just returned from my first trip to Goa and used Jet Airways for the first time. We did London to Mumbai, then Mumbai to Goa. The same for our return journey. I can’t commend the high quality of their staff, both on the ground and in the air they were helpful, polite and always smiling. I have travelled all over the world and flown with a lot of airlines and they are in my top 3. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable flight.

Excellent fight from London Heathrow to MumbaiFlight from Mumbai to Thailand very poor.Airplane very old ,No vidio or movies worked.Then flight attendant split orange all over me and jumper and T shirt ..Had to travel across Thailand with every ant or bug wanting to bit me.

Well,I was travelling from Delhi to Lucknow on 18th Jan 2018 by Jet Airways .When I reached the security check ,my purse which went through the scanner 3 or 4 times because of some coin hiding in some corner gave me the inkling that I'm gonna miss the flight.Carrying a hand baggage and a heavy purse I was galloping with a heavy breath walking down the 4 kms. to reach my gate.Upon reaching the gate,I got the shock...the flight has left though acc.to my watch ,I was 20 mins before the flight time.As I was thinking what to do,two God send people named...Neha Sachdeva and Rahul Saxena acted quick to make arrangements for me on another flight within 10 minutes,I'm grateful to them till this day,from the bottom of my heart.God bless the two kids with all that they aspire for.This is what airlines should do instead of landing in arguments.I appreciate Jet Airways and its employees for rendering great service .
