I had an interesting experience. I ordered a coat in November, and a sweater on Dec 3. The sweater was stuck in "international transit" for weeks. No updates. I emailed customer service and the phone prompt said "Ooops, it looks like there is a problem with your order, stay on the line." I could not get in touch with anyone for 30 minutes! I hung up. Also, I had to send the coat back for return using their provided information, but I never got a refund. So I just called my credit card company - I told them I never got the sweater, and that I haven't seen a refund on the coat. They investigated the matter. WOW - within 3 days, the sweater finally got delivered, and I got an email from Mango saying that they were refunding me for the coat. I wonder if it was just the pressure from my credit card company, or if it was because it all finally worked out on its own? Everyone should know that the Consumer Protection Act states that a consumer needs to receive an online order within 30 days of purchasing it, otherwise the seller is in breach of contract (unless the buyer signs an agreement saying they agree to a longer delivery period, but that doesn't happen with big name brands). A lot of credit card companies offer this protection to their customers. Good to know. Also, if you ever have to send something back for return and you don't get an email confirmation, TAKE A PHOTO OF THE TRACKING LABEL on the package so you have proof that it was delivered back to the retailer.

I was concerned about my order after reading all of the negative reviews on here but I was fortunate to have the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had. All of the clothes are good quality and were true to size so I won’t need to return anything which hardly ever happens for me with other retailers. It only took a couple of days to get to me despite coming from abroad too.

I am absolutely obsessed with this store. It's ridiculous that this shop has bad reviews.My personal experience ordering from their Australian website has been more positive than most of the stores I've ordered from in Oz. For a shop that ships from Barcelona, their parcels arrive quicker at my door (about 5 days including weekends via DHL) than AUS Post's and their easy returns/exchange process is unbelievably fast (only costs $5 for pickup) and refunds in 24hours.Most of all, I love how amazing their pieces are in terms of quality and price. I've only returned clothing once and that was because the pants were too long. Their telephone customer service could be more friendly however they do respond promptly via email.This Spanish brand will continue to be my favourite for quality, classic and stylish garments that last. Excellent value for money.

I have a few pieces at home and I like them. Not saying the quality is the best but is ok. Customer servise is ok but could be better.

Quality: Good. I love the stitching of my sweaters. The fabric is very similar to Zara, give or take. Yes, better than H&M/Forever 21 but not as "premium" feeling like J.Crew or um, Kate Spade-like stores.Cost: Great sales. I would not say that what I bought are worth their actual price (sweaters and regular pants), so if you are going to order from Mango, do it when it has a good sale.Delivery: Possibly the worst thing here. If you have ever ordered from any store that is based in another country, expect a llloonnnnggg shipping time. Their shipping time estimate on the website is bonkers because it is based on THEIR time to customers near their warehouse, not overseas customers (I'm from the US). You will be left in the dark waiting for your shipment updates, for roughly 2 weeks (or longer), because they ship from their carrier in their country then import it to the US through USPS. While I know my exact measurements and how clothes fit me (in a specific range), I am okay with taking the gamble and ordering from overseas. This is not the case with everyone, so refunding will be a HUGE NIGHTMARE. Also, their customer service is essentially non-existent (took 2 weeks to get a response and by that time my package arrived). Ordering from Amazon or Ebay from another country had speedier response times.Verdict: If you are okay waiting a few weeks to get your purchases and know what to expect with fitting on general things like top wear or shirts, Mango is great. I love their sales and their stitching that makes these pieces feel unique. So yes, I will still order from them because I know what to expect and am okay with it. Plus I love the sales and the feeling like I'm not at a black Friday sale fighting with millions of other people for a shirt or whatnot. However, this is a double edged sword. A one-way street unless you live in Spain. Order if you are confident that you have no intention to return an order... thus, that pretty much defeats the purpose of a shop being a clothing shop doesn't it?

I've seen all the negative review but from the UK ( where I Live ) I have always had a very positive experience. Always pleased with the garments and quality and customer service has been helpful

Too small. Tops were at least xlarge. Other jeans were way too big or way too small. I also ordered some of those Alaskan slippers and I think they are styrofoam. Comfortable but won't last. i contacted the customer service for return and refund via this help which is six zero seven⁴³⁸three4nine8 Great customer service and experience !!!!! regarding returning some items that are too large. customer servicewas very responsive and helpful. I am surprised to see all these negative reviews, I never had issues with them. However I do agree that clothes are not the best quality
