I have been sending money abroad through PayPal, I find it very good and I really want to add on something but the service itself is great, I want the PayPal to make the exchange rate higher and lower the cost of fees. In fact we all want to send money abroad with higher rate so we can be sending money more often through PayPal rather then others competitor which seems giving lot of higher exchange rates and lower fees. So please could be able put on that on Xoom money transfer also. So we could send money on bkash. Which also quite lot of the company do have that option. I have seen already on Xoom can be topped up credit such as calls, messages on the mobile sim at abroad in case it is needed urgent. It is very similar to that where they could withdraw their money anywhere using their mobile sim that has been send by that operator which call bkash. I couldn’t get a full refund from the seller. I asked PayPal buyer protection scheme to resolve this issue. And I got a full refund under PayPal buyer protection scheme. PayPal really protects buyers. I highly recommend to use PayPal for buying goods online.Thank you very much PayPal.

In desperate need of change... Holds on payments received for NO reason. Took $400 from a friend as payment for helping him paint and a bunch of lawn work. PayPal permanently limited the account due to suspicious activity. PayPal... HOW can you expect ANYONE to want to use you if your limitation procedures are SO strict?

Paypal has the worst customer service of all time. I tried to reverse a payment made just today, because the reviews of this company said it was a scam. Paypal was no help at all. The dispute department never answered the phone. I am closing my account and never using them again. It's easier to dispute the payment with my bank. At least they are reputable.

Everything is great! Always get my money withdrawn on time. Only fees in transactions might be a lower.

I have used PayPal for years!!!!! I rarely, if ever, had a problem with using it. Super awesome website and I cannot believe the bad reviews on here.Furthermore, I was scammed by someone on eBay, and PayPal got me my money back!!!!!
