5 Dollar Off Coupon Ulta May 2024

LOL who's not a fan of Ulta? I seriously do not understand all the negativity here. Sure, some things go wrong, but they always try to fix it for you. Most of all, their products are great!

I have always loved ULTA and decided to write a review of my last experience. Last minute Christmas shopping and Boom there it was on my iPad screen (ULTA) I was able to send out a gift card of the dollar amount I wanted plus free shipping. ULTA had a huge variety of gift card designs to chose from. I didn’t have to fight traffic or stand in lines waiting to check out. How convenient. Thanks ULTA, I’ll definitely keep you in mind next time!!

Ordered online and picked up products the same day, which was great.However, when I went in for the products and stopped a Sales Girl to ask about having my brows done, she kept walking as she told me I needed to make an appointment. Definately felt like I was being blown off. I followed and asked if I could make an appointment. "Sure, I'll get somebody," was her response. A few minutes later, she shows up with the appointment book. They usually do good work, when they actually do it.

Ulta is my go to for makeup shopping. Unlike sephora, ulta has GOOD exclusive brands and items, amazing deals, very fast shipping and pick up orders, and overall a good experience.

Customer service was excellent

Loved there products, great prices nothing bad to say at all.

Ulta is my idea of Toys R Us for women! The variety of products and then also being able to test them, ranging from drugstore to high end, has def helped save me money at times. At times!! Lol

The salon receptionist messed up my appointment hours, but the Salon still took me in. Trenee did my hair and she was AWESOME. I have never had such a great experience with a stylist, in this salon or any other salon. From the start it was like she read my mind - on what kind of hair cut I wanted, what color, style, etc. She gave me exactly what I wanted, Definitely recommend her.

Ulta usually doesn't disappoint me whenever I order online. I love their rewards point system, and they usually ship on time and arrive at my door within 4 days. However, it seemed like this good service was only limited to my big orders. Whenever I order small orders (less than $40), my boxes never get shipped until 4 days after I order, so I never receive my boxes within the week. I also never get my free samples in my small orders, even though I clearly checked for them before checkout. I also never got my order form in one of my small order boxes. They never tell you a product is out of stock until you checkout, which really is inconvenient since most companies tell you it is out of stock before you even add it to your bag. Also, they don't provide free return shipping unlike the *other* beauty company. Returning is such a big pain though - at least returning through shipping. It doesn't take too long to get a refund, but rarely do I ever get the right refund. The first time I returned 2 items in the same box, I was supposed to be refunded $18, but only got a mere $9 back. So I was like, "Okay maybe it's cause I used some of my reward points in this order, and I also got the coupon dollars off." And plus, it was only $9, so I didn't bother to threaten them. The second time I returned 2 items once again, I should've got $42 back, but ended up only getting $21 back. So I sent an email to customer service, and they came back with a $20 gift card. Okay...that may be enough to shut some people up, but I want my cash back, not another sneaky way to get me to spend more money only on your site. And also, if I was being pesky, I would've emailed back and said, "You're missing a dollar from that gift card." And besides, what if I wanted to get $21 back to spend on food or toiletries; not on Ulta?! Maybe it's their new way of getting more people to spend money on their site, or their new way of refunding, but not actually giving back your money, but I am not pleased with the returns, and I can read and comprehend the return policy, and it says that it gives FULL refund to all products you are unsatisfied with. I would most definitely take my returns to a physical store if I had a car and the nearest ulta wasn't on another island.
