I ordered over $300 of mech from tops, pants, jewelry and even a wall decoration in mid May. Everything I received (some taking a very, very long time) has been excellent quality. The only thing was one pair of pants were much lighter than the description but everything was really well made. I was concerned after I ordered as they took FOREVER, but they DID arrive and more than met my expectations.

Zulily has quite nice items, but you can always find the same item on amazon prime. Zulily charges a shipping fee, although once you pay it's free if you order any additional items the same day.

I like shopping on zulily for many reasons:1) Quality merchandise offered for lowest prices;2) Merchandise offers change every 3-4 days;3) Merchandise can be waitlisted for second chance to purchase;4) Free shipping offered after first order placement by the day or weekend;5) Great, I mean really, really GREAT customer service;6) Favorite brands can be tagged so notifications sent when available;7) Website is the MOST user-friendly, has the fastest response time, and contains the most accurate past record history of any site I shop! The only criticism I have is that the item descriptions can be a bit short, vague, or incomplete and sometimes only one photo is not enough. For example a description of strings of lights might list “solar” lights, but other strings might not specify if they are battery-operated or plug-in.

Fast service and the ability to track delivery. Never had a problem with any of my orders!

I've been through thick and thin with this company for more than 6 years and TBH my star rating fluctuated depending on the day and which service representative I deal with.. and I deal with service reps a lot! Zulily's fashion sense along with their suppliers merchandise quality run the reaction spectrum of Wow Really Nice! to Are You Kidding Me?? I don't trust their return policy because of that good cop bad cop bad movie theme: I've often had returns refunded to my credit card and then again I might be forced to settle for a store credit. You just never know what to expect from this company because enforcing policy is up to the customer service represenative, no matter what they try to tell you.. Return shipping costs are definitely a deal-breaker with zulily--I've been really angry on more than one occasion for having to pay CDN return shipping on an item that was either very poor quality or looked nothing like the picture on the website.Good luck with this company and get the most out of it as you can. Try not to make impulse purchases! They'll come back to haunt you soon enough.

IT'S THE NEXT BEST THING TO SHOPPING, THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE WITH IT IS THAT YOU PICK AND CHOICE AND SEND OFF FOR IT AND FEEL YOU WAITING ON IT TO ARRIVE AND YOU GET A NOTICE SAYING I'M SORRY BUT WE ARE OUT OF THEM. THERE SHOULD BE SOME WAY OF MAKING SURE AT CHECKOUT WHEN YOU'RE FINISHED THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING IT, NOT THAT THE ITEM IS SOLD OUT. YOU GET A REFUND OF COURSE BUT NO ITEM. SOMETIMES THE WAIT IS TOO LONG, (FASTER IF YOU PAY EXTRA SHIPPING, COME ON). SOMETIMES THE 4X AND 5X ARE GONE WAY TOO FAST. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE SELLER BE SIDES ZULILY.

In short I would say I love Zulily. I have been shopping with them for a couple of years regularly and I cannot have enough of them. Customer services is amazing and like they state they make it right when things go wrong. They have a variety of things on sale and top quality at competitive prices. I visit the website everyday and there is no day I am not tempted to buy something.Sizing especially for shoes is American but if you are in doubt always use the size chart so as not to be disappointed. Delivery can take 1 week or up to 4 weeks or more but this will be indicated in Shipping details of each item so that you have an idea of when to expect your order. If you require your order delivered within days this is not the site for you as you have to plan in advance. I have read a few of the negative reviews and even though i respect people's opinion I cannot say the same has happened to me. I have bought top quality,unique clothes for prices I would not dream of getting them for if and that's if I could find them on the high street. I love the fact you can find items you want in one place. Every sale is different so you will get the best of the site when you browse every day. I am sooooo in love with Zulily! it's amazing that everything I purchase from this site fits so well. I have purchased gift cards and gave them to friends and family. My daughter tells me I am obsessed with Zulily because I'm always telling her to wait for my deliveries from there. I think I shop on Zulily at least three times a week. Thanks Zulily! :-)

I love all the selections to choose from but some toys/products pictures are not accurately described. They look bigger in the pictures. I bought a puzzle that I thought was close to 12-14inches long and it was only like 6 for my autistic son. So they game/puzzle may be more difficult for him. Their return policy kind of stinks only offering store credit when their products change so much. If the product is unopened why can’t I receive my refund in the form of payment? Just a little annoying. Totally worth the small hassle for some of the deals you can find from time to time- not somewhere I purchase from in the regular though
