I placed an order on Guess.eu and had confirmation and then a despatch confirmation stating 3-5 carriage - fine. I then read the reviews here and my heart sank.... will i be one of the victims too? Today on day 4 I called the helpline as the tracking references still said shipment not found. A very helpful chap answered the phone very quickly and cleared all my questions... the goods are probably being scanned at customs etc please allow a day or 2 delay. No problem, i understand the difficulties with importation etc. So dont believe all the bad stuff on here. so thank you for great customer service.25.01 - Oh dear... the goods still havent arrived...02/02/21 - Today the goods arrived :D. I have to say the quality has been mid blowing, what a gorgeous set of high heel courts.. truly breath taking... I have a lot of gorgeous heels but these will take pride of place. Regarding the delivery, sadly all the goods come from Italy so the delays everyone faces are due to Brexit, no fault of Guess at all. I had phoned their customer service 3 times as i was worried about all the reviews and they could not be more helpful. They helpfully told me that the couriers have all the import documents they need, just a question of waiting for it to come through customs. Thank you Guess another delightful experience.

Guess is a good quality brand with a wide selection of clothes and accessories to choose from, however I do find it slightly overpriced.

Still on hold... waiting for an hour now... BUT CSR JAMES WAS AMAZING -- REALLY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY ...TOOK HIS TIME HELPING ME AND TAKING CARE OF MY ORDER QUICKLY.I can see why the wait is so long so try online support or call back feature if you don't want to wait. If you decide to stay on hold- you have been warned.

My order took a little longer than advertised to arrive. Customer services are quite rude and seem to never sign off their emails so you have no idea who you are speaking to. Nevertheless I have received my order and I’m very happy with it. Didn’t have to make a return so not sure on how good they are with returns.

I’m writing this review because i was so afraid of my situacion with Guess after read all the bad coments that i need too tell my experiencie. I made a order at 9 Fev and i realise 2h later that i order the wrong bag, call to the costumer Service and explain the situacion (in english), my order was cancelled at the call and then I order the right bag. Is Fev 13 and i already have the money of the first bag at my account, and the bag that i order was delivered today! So, at the end im so happy that i buy at Guess!!! Good things need to be shared too

I ordered on 16 Jan 2 items and on 18 Jan another order with 3 items. I wish I knew before all that i read here. I saw some reviews and I am so sad. I did not receive my items and I call them 2 already and they said the same excuse with covid 19 and delays. Do not order ever. I am so disappointed and I still wait for my orders. I do not know when I will receive them. The tracking number does not found.Update. I receive today my first order,after 16 days of shipping date. I have one more order to receive. I hope that it will come this days. Also my husband has an order to receive. So I hope that soon we will receive our others.Update 2. I receive all my orders . I love them and it is so beautiful. I think I will buy again from them. With coronavirus and brexit they have delays but it is worth it.

I've made an order on beginning of December , after read all the reviews I was bit worried but I have no issues at all . Communication has been great and my order have arrived within 10 days

Had no problems everything was smooth from start to finish. I was worried after reading reviews after I placed order! Will shop again.
