Don't know why people write bad reviews.Bought tickets yesterday, just asked them to send me the email they used for booking the tickets. Email received today!Great company

-UPDATE 6/6/2022I received a call from the customer service. I was skeptical about the internal investigations and the claim that they take seriously bad reviews but it turn out it is true. They refunded partially my flights and offered me 50 euros in credits. We are still far from the complete refund, but let's say that I decided to give to the company another chance. So 3 stars for now, for the effort. If the company will come back to work as in the past (I was a an happy customer before this incident), I will update this review. - update- They are not able to send me a refund and sent me the costumer contact link to the company so I have to do the request by myself. Guess what? The reservation seems that doesn't exist and when I asked for explanation the send me another link to do the request. Ah, the link brought me to a page that was in Swedish without any module or chat for asking refund. Worst experience ever. They sent me an email notifying me the reservation I've made had changes. One of the 4 flights was cancelled. So the options were a refund in credits that was 46 euro on 260 spent or an unknown rebound from the flight companies after 3 months. There was the option to schedule new flights but the price was increased between 100-200 euros. So I decided to keep the three flights remain and book another flight by myself. Today I received another mail telling me that another flight was cancelled and that the refund conditions are the same. So basically I reserved a flight plan that doesn't exist anymore and the company offered me tho choose between probably nothing and a very low compensation by credits.

We had a family trip from Tallinn to Austria. We got the ticket at a very good price, it was easy to buy, I pay with Paypal. There were always mail notifications to add some document numbers or if we wanted any extras ( is still time to choose). Exactly 24 hours before the trip, we received all the boarding passes that we loaded into the phones. There was no need to do anything at the airport anymore, we could go to the security check and on right away. Both on the way and when we arrived, we managed to deal nicely with the tickets on the phone - no paper tickets were needed. Everything was very convenient, fast and decent.

I have booked a return flight to Iraq recently with Kiwi and they sent me the ticket on time. It was £200 cheaper than booking it directly with the airline I flew with. Im happy customer. Can not fault them at all.

I give my experience a 5* although I wasn't confident we'll be flying until the day before our trip.I booked a Ryanair flight through skyscanner and Kiwi.com was the cheapest - even cheaper than going direct with Ryanair. Before reading the reviews I booked and paid for my flight which included a checked 20kg bag. After checking Trustpilot and seeing the amount of awful reviews, I went into panic mode thinking we aren't going on holiday up to the day before we went. There was no communication from Kiwi.com up to checking us in the day before our trip, which I don't mind. I wasn't confident we'd be flying until I received the boarding passes which like I said came the day before our outbound journey. There was no problem with our boarding passes or bag we checked in and everything was easily accessible on their app. They annoyingly seated me and my wife on different rows during both flights but the plane wasn't full so we moved together. I believe the issues that everyone are talking about recently on Trustpilot are when airlines cancel flights because of COVID or any other reason and Kiwi aren't returning their money. My flight wasn't cancelled by Ryanair so there was no problems from me. Although I give 5*, I would be nervous using Kiwi again just in case the flight does get cancelled by the airline and I'd be in the same position as a lot of customers who aren't receiving refunds.Good luck in your own Kiwi experience.

I booked a short break to Santander from Manchester. The app is easy to set up and user friendly it makes viewing your booking very easy. After booking I then read some awful reviews and started to panic that something would go wrong. I rang customer service 2 days before my flight as I didn’t have a boarding pass yet however the person who answered my call was very friendly and looked into it for me. Check in doesn’t open until 24h before the flight so she wasn’t able to get the boarding pass she was reassuring and the following day my boarding pass came through on the app and also emailed to me. I wanted to write my positive experience, in case anyone else starts panicking like I was!

I was struggling to find a one-way route from Norway to UK on a particular day. Kiwi found one for me involving two separate airlines at a very good price. I was nervous as I didn't know the company but it all worked beautifully. I received ticket and information in good time and they even checked me in early for my second flight and with priority status. I'll happily use them again. Jo

Booked flights via the cheapest option shown on sky scanner. Then googled Kiwi and seen the reviews. My heart sank. However everything worked out well and I have no real complaints other than they wait till 24hrs before sending the boarding passes even though the airlines involved allowed check in upto 7 days in advance.

After reading reviews I was very nervous about using Kiwi.However I had no issues travelling from the UK to Palma and on to Madrid. Then travelling home Madrid to Brussels to the UK again. All to catch a football Game.Perhaps I was lucky there were no delays.One thing that caused some stress was the ability not to log into ryan air and get my boarding passes myself.I would have liked to have printed these out as early possible.The boarding passes did appear on the app 24hrs before each flight ,, however my travels were already underway so it was difficult to print if I needed.I did contact customer services well in advance through the app and Twitter.The company did not get back to me until 6 hrs after they sent the first boarding pass.I would use them again, I liked having all the boarding passes in one place and the travel itinerary breakdown is useful.Having the option to get the boarding passes myself earlier would be a helpful addition that would perhaps put people's minds at ease.
