I came across this clothing brand as an advertisement on Facebook. I thought the clothes looked really pretty. As I had never heard of them I did read reviews beforehand. Most of the were bad but I had seen 10+ items I loved!I thought I would take a gamble but only ordered two items. I ordered them and I did see PayPal was an option to use as payment. I used PayPal incase anything was to go wrong.... it only took 13 days to arrive which I thought was good considering it was coming from overseas and given the current circumstances.The dresses were packaged nicely in their own Zaful zip bags which will come in handy at some point and the dresses were identical to the photos. I would say the quality is very similar to Primark (UK) and only a little bit more priced than Primark but the designs and these types of clothing I wouldn’t find in primark. The first dress was absolutely lovely and is currently my favourite item of clothing. However the second dress was slightly big around the busy area. Seems like there was fault, too much material by the zip. I contacted Zaful yesterday regarding this and they have offered to put the money into a wallet for me to order something else. I think this is really good customer service and I wasn’t scammed and received the items fairly quick.I would order again and recommend, however I wish you did bigger than XL and some items I really loved didn’t come in an XL which is my size.

I am quite happy with Zaful, I frequently order clothes and accessories, I would definitely recommend it! The orders sometimes take a while to arrive, and their customer service is not really good. They always helped me when I contacted them, however, their replies are very generic and not so friendly.

I actually like Zaful. Ive only purchased bikinis but i find them being good quality. I purchase knowing that its inexpensive and probably not worth the time returning. Ive purchased probably 10 bikinis. It is great to spend $15-20 for a bikini set. I dont feel bad about buying since i am not about spending $100 on a bikini set. There have been items that i dont like but i just keep since so cheap! I think a great site if you know you are getting a very low price but also its probably going to not be cheap or easy to try and return items.

I´ve had a very good experience when buying from Zaful. In January I bought 29 bikinis from their website. The only bad thing is that it took one month to arrive. On the other hand, everything came with a very nice quality and as showned in the pictures. The size fitted perfectly and the colors where beautiful. I am very pleased for the price and quality of the products. I can say your are paying for what you get. I can recommend to anyone to buy from here.

I have used Zaful for years and will use it for many years to come. The products are great and for such a good price! I typically buy swimsuits and jewelry and have never had a bad experience with any of their products. Shipping can be a little bit slow but it is totally worth it for how affordable the products are.

I placed an order on 23rd October of 13 items for my daughter,after reading the reviews I've got to admit I was a little worried having placed a big order, but they have all arrived today the 29th,all neatly and separately packaged too ,the quality of my order is really good and a items fit my daughter, will definitely order again, very pleased so thank you

Not only are their clothes/bathing suits/etc. super affordable, but over the years that I have been ordering from Zaful, their delivery speed has improved. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel that the sizing is not always trustworthy. I have gotten a couple of things size medium that I would size as an extra small but it didn't bother me that much as they weren't expensive at all (I ended up using the fabric to make scrunchies anyway!). I have gotten more bathing suits than anything and have loved them all (I don't always use the tops and bottoms though, but it doesn't matter as the price for both is still lower than what you would usually pay for one of the pieces alone!). The quality of bathing suits is usually a lot higher than what would be expected for its price and I continue to buy more and more. My mom says I have too many bathing suits but whats 1 more if it only costs me about 10$?

This is because this top had very very short unadjustable sleeves. Also I never received the jacket, however I did get a refund for the jacket so yay! go customer service lol. Overall, Zaful.com is a good store but this one order I had trouble with.

I actually really like Zaful, I've ordered from them a few times.It's the only place I can order lingerie or bikinis that will actually fit my stupidly tiny tiddies. T shirts and tops are always good, dresses are normally too big around the waist but that's the same in every store I go to.Trousers/shorts are always hit or miss in sizing but again that's my weird body shape. Shipping has always been exactly how I expect it to be, just a little over a week to get here to the UK, I have no real complaints for the store or the clothing itself.

The service and products they offer is relatively good. The quality also stands out and the price are not so expensive depending on the brand and if it is on sale. But what stands out is the packaging. It is neated arranged and comes in a sealed plastic bag and looks like money you paid for it and even better
