No delivery but no refund!

**Update: this has now been resolved**I have had a good experience with The Outnet before but my latest order has gone very wrong. I ordered a bikini from the Outnet on 11th December. On 21st December, I got a notification from UPS that they had delivered it to "Front desk". My building does not have a front desk or a reception. I went downstairs to check the entrance and there was nothing. I immediately reported the parcel as lost to UPS and shared this info with The Outnet. On 5th Jan, I checked the UPS site again and it said "The search for your parcel is complete. We have been unable to locate your parcel. We will forward the search results to the shipper". Since then I have been chasing The Outnet for a refund but they will not refund until they have received the parcel back and they have no idea when that will be. This is now almost 3 months down the line and still no update despite me chasing. Would expect much much better from a luxury specialist. I just want my refund please!

Ordered a dress , the order was canceled, called to find out why and was told it was out of stock however it still shows it is available. Very disappointed as was looking forward to wear that dress on the weekend.

I said I’d post on here if my problem with The Outnet was solved.Just to report I have finally had all of my money refunded - thank you to the customer service team for that.I still look at their clothes because they are beautiful and a bargain, but I will probably never order again, because of the problem I had in returning the items.A pity, as I have no way of knowing if it was the fault of DHL or The Outnet.

I lose money due to poor cancellation service

Even though this is my main go-to site for clothes I have a mixed review. I like the app and products/choices are very good but they do not allow to cancel orders even if it was placed only 5 minutes ago and by accident (sometimes due to the app failure). This results in order being posted, credit card charged and in tax duties + postage costs which are not refunded upon return of the goods - money and time is wasted (i lose 30 EUR every time). This should not be acceptable with today's technology and orders should be able to be cancelled within a reasonable timeframe. At least give people an hour. It is possible on other websites why not on the Outnet?? This has happened on more than one occasion over the last 5 years but now I feel I have to voice this concern.
