Helen responded to my email very quickly and helped me process another order of invitations and enclosures for my wedding because I had the original order delivered to the wrong address! Very grateful for her fast response and quick action!

We ordered beautiful invites for my daughters wedding. Editing was easy and fast. The invites arrived quickly and they are exactly what she wanted!

In spite of the customer service agents being terrific with speedy replies (a '10'), I only gave Zazzle an '8' overall because of the exceptionally slow delivery times (hence the reimbursement). I hope the '8' rating does not go against the agents, but rather towards my whole experience. Delivery was crazy: this little fridge magnet went across the whole USA, instead of shooting straight up the western coast to me in BC- and was delayed every inch of the way for well over a month. When I contacted customer service, I told them I no longer really needed the item, but they sent me a new one anyhow. I received this one in very good time and, wouldn’t you know it, the original one was delivered the very next day. The first delivery envelope and second delivery box for the little fridge magnets were both waaay too large and thus bad for the environment (waste of product, shipping space and fuel to deliver).I emailed the company asking for a refund and wondered if it was really worth it for them to pay the return shipping charges for two items that were only worth $5 US each. They agreed to a refund and were “willing to make an exception and waive the return in this instance… (suggesting I) keep, donate, or recycle the magnetic cards…” Aside from the customer service agents, my whole experience was a bit frustrating, especially when the $5 product cost me $11 each due to exchange, duty, and taxes applied by the time it reached me in Canada. I can't fault Zazzle for that as this is the typical experience for Canadians ordering from the States- nevertheless, it does add to the overall experience.That being said, the customer service agents were all so good that I would definitely order from Zazzle again should the occasion present itself. :-)

I had ordered Memorial Service Invitations for my Dad. The ones with the golfer on them with the artwork by Smokey Oaky. I was so very pleased and impressed with how they turned out and I even received them earlier than was expected.

I like Zazzle because I know it’s a safe website to use. Orders come on time and look great. It can get pricey but like I said it’s a safe site.

I ordered some last minute Christmas presents from Zazzle and I was so pleased with the experience! I ordered a custom t-shirt and a custom coffee mug on Dec. 17th and they were both delivered by Dec. 21st! I did get speedy shipping for the coffee mug but not the t-shirt and I still got them both in time for Christmas. The products I received were great quality and looked just like how I created them. I HIGHLY recommned this company!

The customer service rep went above and beyond what I expected them to when I had an issue! Definitely very friendly.
