Small sizing

My boots were dispatched from the USA to Australia. It took almost a month for delivery. Happily there was a tracking number provided so I could see that for a little over 3 of those weeks my boots were slowly transiting through the US. The boots themselves are lovely but I suggest going up half a size. TOMS, (like a lot of American companies), do not provide free returns or exchanges for Australian customers.

My experience with TOMS has been…

Update 2: Frankie called me and made everything right. I truly believe this is a good company with good people! Thanks TOMS! Update: I need someone to call me.My experience with TOMS has been nothing but disappointment. I am now on my third order because the first order I received wasn't the shoes I ordered. The second replacement order I made was somehow lost. Still unknown as to where that is. And then I was forced to wait 7 days past the delivery date just to "see if it would come." But when I went to track it there was no new delivery date, so obviously no one knew where it was. So then I made the third order which I am still waiting on. I also requested to speak with a supervisor because this process has been wildly unprofessional. And when I missed the call and requested him to call me back he said he would call me back that same day and guess what, he didn't. My original order date was September 30th and it is now October 21st and I still do not have the shoes I ordered. All I want is for someone in higher management to have the decency to talk to me and figure out how to make this better.

Customer Service Hung Up on Me

I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service department.I initially called customer service to return a pair of shoes. They said return them and then call back and they’ll credit me for the return to get a similar deal on a new one. After returning the pair and calling the new rep told me there was no record of that conversation because the previous rep had not make any notes. After asking if there was any way they can help me she paused said no and then hung up on me mid-sentence. EDIT: I found their social media customer service to be much better and solved my problem quickly and accurately.

Tom's gives back macro and micro

I live near the flagship store and not only do I love the philosophy that they project into the Venice neighborhood...(the idea of giving back), but their staff and energy at the Abbot Kinney store is a true reflection of people who care... I was walking past post the pandemic and they were not quite yet open and I went up hoping to order and buy a coffee as I used to be a regular there and they made a decision on the spot that even though they weren't open they would just make me a coffee... They were just there with stuff prepping for their reopening and they totally didn't have to take the time to do that but it was so sweet and thoughtful and unexpected and I think these are the things that reflect a company that cares about passing goodness on.

I bought Snow White TOMS online and was super excited! They’re my first TOMS shoes. It arrived and the soles are not even glued to the shoes. It’s weird because I’ve never seen that before. Other than that, they look great. My only complaint was the soles not glued or attached to the shoes.
