I ordered the dress on May 1st and it arrived May 14th. I had no problem at all with shipping.I ordered custom measurements because I have atypical body proportions and it fits well, except the bust. The bust was a bit big on me.But it's not a big issue, the dress overall is lovely.

PROM DRESS WAS STUNNIING!!!My prom dress came in yesterday and it is stunning! The fit is nice and the quality of it is super soft and cozy. I love their style and colour selections. The dress is so beautiful and stunning. I couldn't have asked for a better prom dress! They have a variety of pieces for great prices. I'm definetly going to buy more dresses and rompers from this site! It's outstanding!

I am so happy with my purchase! My dress arrived in exactly the right size for me since I did the custom sizing option, so I don't need any alterations at all which is so wonderful. It looked exactly like the picture, and when I asked the seller to make less of a train, they did a wonderful job with that as well! I can't believe I got this for $170 when a very similar dress that I tried on in a bridal shop cost $900. I'm so impressed.

Definitely order a size up if you're from the U.S. Shipping can take 2 weeks to over 6 weeks. I have received 4 separate packages from one order. So as long as you're not in a hurry to receive the item, you'll be very pleased when it arrives. Furthermore, any inquiry I have sent to customer service has been responded to rapidly and definitely keeping the customer at the forefront. Everything was perfect for me - cheap and beautiful. It took about 2 weeks. In all Chinese shops, you should pay attention to the sizes and order at least one size larger. Otherwise, the clothes fit only for your own or neighbor's daughter ;-) But on the whole, I'm very satisfied.

I placed an order with tbdress on 8 June 2017, the info given to me said 5-7 days shipping and I've been very patient, I tried to track the order which was split into what looks like 3 deliveries or orders, not sure why. I tried emailing them for 3 days in a row now and no answer from anyone, not even a note to say sorry we're late we are aware that your order is late.I'm very disappointed and will probably never order from them again. I unfortunately told all my friends and family about this website but now I will tell them about my very bad experience also.TBDRESS if you are watching, then try to get hold of me please.UPDATE 27 Oct 2017: I have since received 2packages of this order but one is outstanding - this is not TBDress's fault but that of South African Post Office - SOOooooo slow!!! I am happy with the goods I purchased and received the first 2 packages within a reasonable time, considering I requested economy delivery. Sherry from TBDress has been really amazing and helped me through the entire process and even offered to refund me for the remaining items that I have not yet received (and still keep the items)! How cool?!

UPDATE:After my first review at 1-star, Sherry of TB Dress assisted me with my return and in the process of my refund. The only right thing to do is update my review as the issue is now being resolved. Sherry was very prompt in resolving the issue and I couldn't be more appreciative of her help. It did not fit properly it seems the US size is larger than their standard size so I had the dress altered to fit properly and it was perfect. So I decided to contact them via email and let them know that I am aware my order is on hold but I don't know why and I haven't heard from them. Hoping to send all information they need I resend my PO Box address, my physical address, and all my phone numbers. I also went online to update my user profile to be sure they have all the same information I am sending. A week later I finally get a response saying update your postal code and phone number and it indicated "NOT PO BOX!". Wow, how rude I thought and I reply to the same email saying I did and retyped all the information again and sent it. 2 days later I get the same email telling me to type my information into field boxes my phone cannot activate online...so it's been over a week trying to get them the information they need to send my order and I am now annoyed, so I request to cancel the order and refund my money. Well guess what kind of an email I receive a few days later? Yeah, you guessed it!!! Please update your address so we can ship your order and do so in the fields below. I just want my $95 back!!!!
